This could be as a result of feeling stressed about the things you need to do, or feeling anxious about something or you’re just too tired even to get out of bed and just want to sleep in.

GET ENOUGH SLEEP
Ensure that you’re getting enough sleep first of all. Try adjusting your sleep schedule to ensure you’re getting enough quality hours of sleep. This might include having a consistent sleep schedule or even limiting your intake of caffeine and the use of technology before bed.
PREPARE THE NIGHT BEFORE
Less complex mornings make it easier to get out of bed and face the day. The best way to ease into the day is do as much as possible before bedtime. Working a few minutes into your bedtime, you get to lay out your clothes for the day, prepare lunch for yourself and your kids, and pack your bag. This takes only a few minutes but would be precious in the mornings.
TAKE A SHOWER
Take a warm shower in the morning to improve your mood and then also take a cold shower to wake you up.
QUICK WORKOUT
15 jumping jacks or even 10 crunches is great for anxiety and depression in general. And you know just that little bit of exercise can help change your body’s physiology and make you happier.
FILL YOUR ROOM WITH SCENTS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD
Certain smells can bring you joy and happiness, and only the sense of smell is connected directly to the emotional centre of the brain.
This means if you love scented candles, light them up every time you take a bath and every morning when you wake up. This is a quick and easy way to shift your mood because the smells make you feel good.
